By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or requesting a quote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Fairy God-Sisters provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring maintenance, and add-on services (such as inside-fridge, inside-oven, and interior window cleaning). Availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and location.

Booking, Scheduling & Property Access

• Bookings may be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
• You agree to provide accurate information about your property and to ensure our team has safe, reasonable access at the scheduled time (such as a door code, key, or someone present to let us in).
• We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete service caused by lack of access to the property.

Pricing & Payment

• Pricing for standard residential services is provided at booking; commercial and custom jobs are quoted based on scope.
• Add-on services are priced separately and confirmed before your appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change; you will be notified of any changes affecting an existing booking before service is performed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments where our team is unable to access the property, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a re-clean of the affected area.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Fairy God-Sisters Home & Commercial Cleaning Services LLC related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional seasonal tips or promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

Limitation of Liability

Fairy God-Sisters carries insurance and takes care with every property we service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of significant value left unsecured during service.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Fairy God-Sisters Home & Commercial Cleaning Services LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
